Who we are

By running a free check or buying a report, you agree to these terms.

What Elegio does

We ask AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini the questions your customers ask, and show which businesses they recommend. The free check shows one assistant’s answers. The full report covers all three, explains why competitors are named, and lists fixes to start with.

AI answers change

A check is a snapshot of what the assistants answered at that time. We don’t control the assistants, and their answers vary between runs and over time.

We don’t promise that any assistant will recommend your business, or any change in customers or revenue.

Payment

Our order process is run by our online reseller Creem, the merchant of record for all our orders. Creem takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, and handles billing questions together with us.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Tax, where it applies, is added at checkout.

Your report

After payment we build your report and email you a private link, usually within a few minutes. Anyone with the link can open the report, so share it only with people you trust, such as your staff or your marketing agency.

The link stays open for 12 months from purchase. The report is for your own business. Don’t resell it or publish it as your own work.

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of buying. Our Refund Policy has the details.

Fair use

Don’t use Elegio to run automated or bulk checks, to get around the daily limit on free checks, or to disrupt the service. We may limit or block use that does.

Liability

Elegio is provided as is. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don’t apply to reports already bought.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without taking away consumer rights you have where you live.
