If the full report isn’t useful to you, email [email protected] within 14 days of buying and we’ll refund the full price. You don’t need to give a reason.

Send it from the email you paid with, or tell us which business the report was for, so we can find your order.

If your report never arrives

If you paid and didn’t get your report link, email us. We’ll send it or refund you, whenever you write.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go through Creem, our reseller, back to the card or account you paid with. Most banks show them within 5 to 10 business days.
