Who we are

Elegio (elegio.xyz) is run by Andrii Semko, Ukraine. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

Free check: the business you look up, and the email you give us to see the result. To enforce the daily limit on free checks we keep a scrambled, one-way code made from your IP address, never the address itself.

Waitlist: the email you leave.

Purchases: your email and what you bought. Creem takes the payment. We never see your card details.

Businesses: public business information, such as the name, address, website and rating from Google, the answers AI assistants give about it, and a contact email published on the business’s own website.

Why we use it

To run your check and deliver your report (to do what you asked for).

To email you your result, your report link and replies to your questions.

To prevent abuse of free checks (our legitimate interest in keeping the service available).

To contact businesses about their AI visibility, using public contact details (our legitimate interest). Every such email lets you opt out, and we never contact an address that has opted out again.

To keep purchase records required by tax and accounting law.

Who helps us

Creem (payments), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (hosting network and the bot check on free checks), Google (business listings), and our server host. When we ask OpenAI, Perplexity and Google Gemini questions, we send business categories and cities, never your email.

Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own data protection terms.

Cookies

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a cookie that is needed to protect the site from bots.

How long we keep it

Check results and reports are kept while Elegio runs, so links we sent keep working. Raw AI answers are kept for 12 months. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires. We delete your email on request, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or to stop emailing you. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
